Rizoma Workshop takes inspiration from the concept of the rhizome. Biologically, a rhizome is a root system that grows horizontally, spreading in multiple directions without a single hierarchy or central point—adapting, connecting, and regenerating as it expands. Philosophically, this idea has been used to describe non-linear, collective, and adaptable ways of thinking and organizing, where growth emerges through connections rather than fixed structures.In this project, I translate that philosophy into architecture and design by exploring raw materials and alternative ways of building. The workshop is a space for experimentation—testing how different materials can be assembled, adapted, and reinterpreted—always with the goal of creating construction systems that are flexible, sustainable, and deeply connected to their context.
Rizoma se inspira en el concepto del rizoma. Desde el punto de vista biológico, un rizoma es un sistema radicular que crece horizontalmente, extendiéndose en múltiples direcciones sin una jerarquía única ni un punto central, adaptándose, conectándose y regenerándose a medida que se expande. Desde el punto de vista filosófico, esta idea se ha utilizado para describir formas de pensar y organizar no lineales, colectivas y adaptables, en las que el crecimiento surge a través de conexiones en lugar de estructuras fijas. En este proyecto, traduzco esa filosofía a la arquitectura y el diseño explorando materias primas y formas alternativas de construir. El taller es un espacio para la experimentación, donde se prueba cómo se pueden ensamblar, adaptar y reinterpretar diferentes materiales, siempre con el objetivo de crear sistemas de construcción flexibles, sostenibles y profundamente conectados con su contexto.
CARE - Climate Action through Regenerative Experimentation - is an initiative focused on exploring the relationship between life, nature, and the universe. It works at the intersection of ecology, culture, and technology, creating projects that aim to regenerate rather than exploit. CARE is not about abstract sustainability, but about concrete actions—research, design, and collaboration—that respect ecosystems and communities. At its core, CARE is a way of thinking and doing that asks a simple question: how can we live and build in ways that take care of what takes care of us.

Trabaja en la intersección entre la ecología, la cultura y la tecnología, creando proyectos que tienen como objetivo regenerar en lugar de explotar. CARE no se centra en la sostenibilidad abstracta, sino en acciones concretas (investigación, diseño y colaboración) que respetan los ecosistemas y las comunidades. En esencia, CARE es una forma de pensar y actuar que plantea una pregunta sencilla: ¿cómo podemos vivir y construir de manera que cuidemos lo que nos cuida a nosotros?
SIR is a project rooted in the idea of origins and connection. Its name comes from an ancient proto-Afroasiatic word meaning root, symbolizing both the foundation of culture and the branching pathways of human knowledge. The project explores how identity, philosophy, and community are intertwined, focusing on what unites us at the deepest level: the shared roots of being human. Through research, design, and collaboration, SIR seeks to recover ancestral wisdom while creating new ways of understanding culture and consciousness in the present.
SIR es un proyecto basado en la idea de los orígenes y la conexión. Su nombre proviene de una antigua palabra protoafroasiática que significa «raíz», y simboliza tanto los cimientos de la cultura como las ramificaciones del conocimiento humano. El proyecto explora cómo se entrelazan la identidad, la filosofía y la comunidad, centrándose en lo que nos une en el nivel más profundo: las raíces compartidas del ser humano. A través de la investigación, el diseño y la colaboración, SIR busca recuperar la sabiduría ancestral y, al mismo tiempo, crear nuevas formas de entender la cultura y la conciencia en el presente.
